I’m Krisztina Szabó, an HR expert with 14 years of experience in human resources, supporting people across a wide range of situations and organizations. I have taken part in hundreds of interviews — both as an interviewer in recruitment processes and as a job seeker throughout my own career journey. From the start, my work has been guided by empathy and a strong commitment to continuous growth. The more challenging periods of my life, however, led me on a profound journey of self-discovery that fundamentally reshaped my professional perspective. It taught me that without inner fulfillment and authenticity, there is no true success.
